Above or below-grade, solvent-free, permanent waterproofer
BARR Liquid Waterproof Membrane is a cold-applied elastomeric sealer for above or below-grade projects. Because it is elastomeric, it will stretch and shrink with the seasons.
Unlike coal tar-based coatings, BARR Liquid Waterproof Membrane sticks to almost any surface, including asphalt and concrete. It can be used in hot or cold climates without drying out or cracking.
It's solvent-free, non-toxic and low-odor; plus, it won't shrink. Use BARR Liquid Waterproof Membrane on planter boxes, gutters, green roofs, swimming pools, foundations, between slabs and more!

| Surface or Product Preperation | Surface should be clean, dry and free from all contamination including: dirt, oils, grease, tar, wax, rust and any other substance that may
inhibit the sealants performance. DO NOT use petroleum solvents such as mineral spirits or xylene to clean your surface before using this product. Instead, remove all dirt, oil, loose paint, frost and other contaminates with alcohol. Horizontal applications will require tooling. Allow treated wood to cure for six months prior to application. Do not use in areas subject to continuous immersion of water or chemicals. Do not use on TPO without Chemlink TPO Primer |
